Ahh...

Saturday... no youth band.. so decided to go to ECP for a walk... when ard evening cos it was so hot in the afternoon... thanks pj for accompanying me.. we didn't do much.. just sit on the huge rock and enjoy the breeze... and talk..

Sunday... dunno wads wrong.. i had a sore throat on saturday night.. started sneezing... when i woke up in the morning.. i wasn't feeling so well.. took my temp and it was 38.5 degree C... was in pain... when to take a shower.. ate 10 vitamin C tablets... then take a nap... howeva.. i woke up half way... cos i was in great pain.. the heat could not escape from my body and my temperature went up to 39.2 degree C.. every move i made was very painful.. my whole body was aching.. took 2 panadol tablets... drank a cup of water.. and cover myself with a thick blanket... could not rest well.. in great pain...trying to force the heat out by sweating... it did help.. cos my temp when back to normal, slightly higher than normal, after tat...

now having a flu... and headache... but good my temp went down or else gotta go hospital liao.. 39 degree C is dangerous.. wad a day...
